We had an amazing time here, and the place was spotless. It was our first visit to Montreux and we weren’t sure what to do, but the reception staff were so kind and helpful and gave us good ideas and recommendations. Housekeeping refreshed the place while we were out. We’d definitely come back and try their other branches.

We felt right at home here, and the room was such a cosy place to relax. My best friend and I had been searching around Montreux, but nothing felt right until we found this place. The bathrooms were amazing too. We loved it.

A month has passed with no update, and the hotel hasn't replied to any of my follow-ups after its first email. I cancelled within the free cancellation period, but my card was still charged. Their email said the cancellation followed their policy and that their finance department would handle it and get back to me ASAP. TERRIBLE.

The rooms are very small, and there's no A. C.
