We’ve stayed at a few different hotels around Goms valley over the last few years, and this is the one we liked best. The restaurant food is fantastic, too, and we’ll be back soon. The building feels like a museum, with the kind of old-fashioned historical decor that’s hard to find now. The staff treated us so well and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. It felt like being part of the family. Our room was quiet, clean, and warm, and even had a coffee machine. There’s free parking right in front of the hotel.

You can hear the waterfall from your room, which is lovely. We had a delicious, very fresh trout dinner and a wonderful breakfast. A great place to stay if you enjoy historic accommodations.
