Hotel Mürren Palace

The hotel team handled our corporate management event with great professionalism. Everything was organized to a high standard and stayed on our schedule while meeting our requirements. The beautiful interior, striking views from the windows, and location made it a good place for our group to focus. We were very pleased to hold the event at Murren Palace Hotel and look forward to coming back.

Breakfast was very good, with pastries, waffles, and a cappuccino machine to get you going. The location is unbelievable and really unique. You can leave the kids in the kids' zone for free while you ski or use the spa, so everyone wins. Highly recommend.

The cakes made it hard to pick a favorite, the strawberry pistachio cheesecake or the chocolate mousse with raspberries. I also loved the generous breakfast, and you can get a full quality meal at the bar. Hotel Mürren Palace is beautiful and so thoughtfully designed. Everyone there was kind and helpful, and made sure I had a great weekend. Mürren is perfectly located for the views, with the train and cable car stations easy to reach. The village and hotel warmed my heart. I'll be back!

The balcony view was the hardest thing to leave behind. Our room was quiet, clean, and beautifully decorated, and the staff were professional and accommodating with my requests. Breakfast was fantastic, with a full hot and cold buffet as well as omelets and waffles made to order. It was included in the room rate. The hotel has a nice spa but no pool or hot tub on site. Instead, guests get an access card for the community center across the street, connected by a tunnel. I enjoyed the lap pool and both the indoor and outdoor hot tubs. The hotel is newly renovated and open, and this historic place felt upscale and luxurious while still surprisingly affordable. We were unsure because there weren't many reviews yet, but it was the best place we stayed during two weeks in Europe. It's across from the train station in Murren, and the tram on the other side of town is about a 10-ish minute walk away. The hotel can provide a free ride to the tram if requested. We stayed two nights and enjoyed every moment. Murren is special, perched up on the cliff away from the valley. With a rental car, it's easy to leave it in the parking lot at the tram station. I'd stay here again and highly recommend it. We'll be back!
