Hotel Swiss Views

The Indian dishes were especially delicious, and we'd highly recommend them. We had a wonderful stay, with a superb view from the excellent location and very commendable service and hospitality. We'll choose this hotel again on future visits. 🤩

The breakfast had a good range of bread, cheese, and fruit, and reception staff were helpful in recommending local attractions. I stayed at Hotel Swiss Views for three nights last week. My room was clean and comfortable, with a decent-sized balcony and a modern, spotless bathroom. The location was great, with the stunning mountain views you'd expect from the name. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the area who wants a comfortable stay and beautiful scenery.

The food was great, with options that were finger-licking good. The staff were so friendly and hospitable, treating you like extended family. With the snow-covered valley views and clean, cozy rooms, it made for a very comfortable, heart-soothing stay. We had a great experience at Swiss Views Hotel and will definitely stay there again whenever we're in the area.

The rooms were very basic, and during our stay they were never cleaned. The bathrooms were uncomfortably small. We were initially grateful that the staff kept the restaurant open for our late arrival, but things went downhill after that. We requested an extra room for three nights so our group could be accommodated better, and this was agreed to at first. After one guest left, though, another was abruptly told she had to move rooms straight away. This was while her son was getting married, which added stress to an already important day. When we challenged the decision, the staff said the arriving Swiss couple couldn't be moved because “the Swiss are picky.” The night before checkout, we went to settle our food bill and were suddenly charged another 65 Swiss Francs for a night, despite having paid in full on arrival. The owner got aggressive and shouted instead of handling it professionally. When we complained about the forced room change, the owner became irate, refused to apologize, and screamed in my partner's face. The poor management, lack of cleanliness, and the owner's rude, aggressive behavior made the stay highly unpleasant. We would never recommend this hotel.
