The chocolate fondant was a rich, indulgent treat. I also appreciated how clearly the menu marked gluten and garlic, and the staff were friendly and attentive when I asked for no onions. The dishes sounded tempting, looked lovely, and tasted delicious.

The renovation is magnificent, and the place feels warmly welcoming. Everything we ate, including the sides, was delicious, and the dessert was incredible. Thanks for introducing us to this place.

The landing spot is only a five-minute walk from the hotel, which makes it very well placed for paragliders. In warmer months there are buses and shuttles to the launch site; in winter, getting up there takes a hike of 1.25 to 1.5 hours, depending on the snow. I stayed at the Cheval Blanc for two nights over the weekend, about a month after the hotel and restaurant reopened following several years closed. My room felt cozy, with a comfortable armchair and atmospheric lighting. The staff were very friendly and easy to deal with, and the restaurant's small menu had delicious dishes. I'd gladly return.

Just a quick note to let you know the phone number on your Google page is outdated and doesn't work. I tried calling to book a table last week but couldn't get through.
