We stayed three nights while visiting family near Nyon. The location was great, the staff professional and friendly, and breakfast excellent. I don’t understand the breakfast complaints in other reviews. They had a good selection of cheese, breads, and other things, plus fresh espresso and latte on request. Our room faced the street, so we could hear traffic, but it didn’t bother us much. The room was cozy rather than spacious, but workable. We arrived at the start of a winter storm, and the room’s heat wasn’t adequate. It kept turning off, making the stay uncomfortable. We reported it at the front desk and were told the radiator was on a thermostat.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient, very close to the train station and a few minutes’ walk from the lake. The room was lovely, the internet stable, and the handy service was a real advantage. One of my best stays in a long time, from beginning to end.

It’s a cozy family-run hotel, very well placed within walking distance of the station. The rooms are clean and spacious, though the bathrooms are small. Breakfast is good.

The staff at Hotel de l'Ange were great, and our terraced room was attractive. Breakfast was good too. Nyon is a lively lakeside town, well placed for going up to the Jura or across the lake to Yvoir.
