The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, thanks to the upgrade. We also had a lovely view of the lake. A nice little hotel in a quaint village, with a garden terrace.

You can eat outdoors with a view of the lake and the Alps in the distance. It’s a good stop on a motorbike tour around Switzerland, and food lovers should find some good cuisine here. It’s the only hotel in our village, and it has its own charm, even if it isn’t anything extraordinary.

We picked this place to be near a wedding venue, though it’s a little off the beaten track. Ask for a lake-view room. The lake isn’t that close, but opening the curtains in the morning is a lovely way to start the day. We were sad to leave at the end of our holiday. The staff were pleasant and friendly, breakfast was decent for an extra fee, and the restaurant and bar seemed to offer decent food and drinks for most of the day.

4/10
The restaurant service and reception were good, but the meal was poor and expensive. We paid 160 CHF for an entrée, a main, and dessert. The rice and foie gras were the only good parts. The building looks nice, but the room felt like a schoolroom, with no decoration, and the mattress was useless. At 150 CHF, the room was expensive too. I wouldn’t go back.

Clean place, with parking and really friendly staff. A reasonable price for an overnight stay. I’d certainly come back.
