There was no elevator, and the host didn't offer any help with luggage. A backpack might be manageable, but don't count on assistance if you arrive with a suitcase. The room was tiny, almost hostel-like for the high price, and the location didn't meet our expectations. The host's attitude and lack of support made the stay really unpleasant.

We felt stressed and uncomfortable because our privacy didn't feel respected. The host kept monitoring guests, and when we reported problems, they weren't helpful. After checkout, the host claimed we'd damaged the refrigerator, but we dispute that. We caused no damage; it worked normally during our stay, or may already have had issues that weren't our fault.

We were even told to leave our shoes outside, like we were visiting someone's home instead of paying guests. The woman running the place was controlling and authoritarian, constantly watching us and complaining. It was tense and uncomfortable, with ordinary noise getting criticized right away. There's no privacy, so this isn't somewhere to relax as a couple.

It felt like being on a reality show around the clock, with no privacy at all. They also took extra money from my account without permission, four days after checkout. They claimed the refrigerator was damaged, which isn't true, and they had no consent to withdraw that money.
