LA FACTORY by LNA

We booked breakfast separately, and in the morning we were really well looked after. On arrival, Madame Pascalle greeted us very warmly and we could go straight into a lovely, spacious, clean room. We also had a parking space. La Factory has been renovated beautifully, and the doors use electronic codes. We stayed one night on August 8.

We had a lovely weekend, and the room felt well worth what we paid. The staff made us feel welcome. It's easy to reach the town center and its shops from here, and there are some lovely walks nearby, including by the castles. Already looking forward to next year.

The "Le Levant" room was modern, very clean, and comfortable, with the parking lot just two doors away at the back of the building. I spent two nights at the Factory in Porrentruy while in the area for an enduro motorcycle race. At first I was surprised not to see anyone there, but calling the mobile number on the door got everything sorted smoothly. Mrs. Pascale Giannini was incredibly kind and helpful, and the cleaning lady I chatted with was also very polite and friendly. I'll definitely stay again next time I'm nearby. Many thanks to Mrs. Giannini, and all the best! For a great bakery in Porrentruy, try Roelli, the service is impeccable and the products delicious.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and breakfast was decent. Communication was good, too. It's a handy spot for a business trip, right in town with lots of restaurants nearby. My only gripe was the very soft bed, though that does seem common in Swiss hotels.
