Mr. Martin is so helpful and brings a lovely, positive energy. He was always ready to accommodate our requests. The property has lovely lake views and is near Flumserberg mountain, making it well placed for activities in both winter and summer. For a 3-star hotel, the facilities are more than enough, with a sauna and a gym open until 9pm. Thank you, Mr. Martin!

The fully automated check-in was easy enough for me, but having only a phone to call for help could make it stressful for someone less comfortable with technology. Our room was nice and clean, with a balcony overlooking wallensee. The hotel sits a little above the village, and parking is a few metres down the road, so getting luggage there means a short walk. There's also a restaurant in the attached convent area.

We were surprised that the hotel had no food for sale apart from coffee and snacks. There was no one available to help right away, and when we emailed about the missing wireless network, nobody replied. We also tried going to the hotel café, but it closed at 5:00 PM. Breakfast runs until 10:00 AM, yet we arrived at 10:01 with a child and weren't allowed in.

Michael Gehring, the owner of Hotel Neuschöntstatt, clearly cares about his guests and created a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The service was attentive, friendly, and always came with a smile. Our accommodation was luxurious and comfortable, the hotel was impeccably clean, and the views were stunning. We had a wonderful stay in Quarten and highly recommend it.

The lake-view room was a great choice. The light over the lake, mountains, and cows with their chiming bells was stunning in both the morning and evening. This was our first stop in Switzerland, and the hotel, run by nuns, was such an interesting place, with a cute nearby chapel, a seminar study, and hallways. Check-in and checkout are self-service in the lobby. The hotel feels modern and clean, and our room had a rain shower, nice soap, slippers, and bathrobes, plus smart lights and automatic sun shields. Just what we needed after a long travel day. The evening restaurant was closed, so we found a cafe in a nearby town. Breakfast was included and fresh. I can highly recommend this quiet, lovely place!
