We were very grateful for Juan's help after discovering that our double room had been booked for the wrong date. We had reserved two rooms for five people, one triple and one double. Juan quickly arranged another double room, offered us a discount, and personally helped our travel company cancel the incorrect booking so we wouldn't be charged twice. He handled it with professionalism, care, and real efficiency. His kindness went beyond what we expected, and we'd gladly return thanks to his support.

The only small hitch was that the parking entrance felt a bit narrow for larger vehicles. Otherwise, it was a very good stay, and we'd choose this hotel again on our next Zurich trip. We were there just one night during our journey, but the rooms were clean, spacious, quiet, and warm, and the location was good.

We found the modern rooms clean and very comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful and cooperative. Hotel Züri by Fassbind is in a great spot, with easy tram connections that made getting around the city convenient. The common kitchen was a big plus, especially for Indian travelers who have ready-to-eat meals. Highly recommended!

The staff were the best part of this clean, cozy hotel. Everyone was caring and knew their stuff, and we appreciated them all. Our flight was at 6 am, so we had to leave at 2 am. They prepared breakfast boxes for me and my kids to take along. Thank you! The hotel also has all the amenities and is right by tram stops.

I've been staying here for over three years because it's conveniently close to one of my clients. The rooms are standard and very clean, with good mattresses and bedsheets. There's enough room in the bathroom, and I like the big shelf by the sink for arranging my toiletries. Every room has an iron, which is handy for getting my shirts ready for the next day. In the evenings, I enjoy strolling along the river, just five minutes away.
