Thank goodness it was only one night. The room was a narrow little space with a single bed, and it smelled like garlic and cigarettes. There were no windows, just a door to a tiny concrete balcony with an overflowing ashtray facing the building site. The jackhammer and shouting started at 7:00am. Everything felt greasy and unclean, with zero amenities. It felt like a prison cell with deafening noise. Absolutely grim.

There’s no check-in desk, which made arrival a little confusing. Instead, envelopes for each guest checking in are on a wall display near the elevator.

The beer was good and the location cozy, but customers didn’t seem valued. I’ve never encountered staff this arrogant and unfriendly. After I chose not to tip, the waiter tried to short-change me.

A lovely little boutique hotel, convenient for everything. Tidy and clean, with a comfortable bed. Simply awesome.

A cramped little room, with the double bed pushed against the wall and no AC. The small bathroom was horrible, red, and windowless. Reception is at the apart hotel opposite. Stay here if you need this location, but it’s not on the lake and you can’t see it. Otherwise, look at Zug on the other side of the lake for a better venue.
