The food, views, and service were all incredible. Such a lovely surprise, and highly recommended. For a little extra fun, take the funicular up or down. It’s right outside the restaurant.

The exterior might give the wrong impression, but what a lovely place. The cuisine is modern and seasonal, with traditional dishes given a delightful twist. The views of the lake and sunset are spectacular, and the staff are wonderful. They have very good local wines, too. This was the best dinner we’d had so far in the region. It’s about a 5-minute drive from Chateau de Chillon, or you can take the tram up to Glion.

We stopped for lunch and loved the food quality, which was incredible and very seasonal. The beer and wine selection was nice, and it was thoughtful to offer small bottles. The view is amazing, the service friendly, and it’s right beside the train and funicular station.

We loved it enough to come back for lunch. The view is wonderful, and the food is high quality and inventive. The chef and team are new, but already treat guests with respect and dedication. They speak three languages and make sure you understand the menu, which they bring to your table on a giant chalkboard. I had the salmon as an appetizer, and it looked as good as it tasted. Keep up the great work, you deserve the best!
