The owner came into the rooms to check whether we had brought our own sheets and pillowcases. If you hadn’t, she would charge a ridiculous amount to rent them or threaten to throw you out. I’m not sure whether that’s legal, but either way, the customer service was abysmal.

The gondolas are close, and the place is in a central location. Urs and Doris were wonderful, attentive hosts and quick to respond both before and during our stay. I’d definitely return.

This well-kept house works well for families and medium-sized groups coming to ski. The local Coop is a short walk away, as is the bus to Saas Fee, where visitors can enjoy the larger ski area.
