Whenever I needed help, the replies felt curt and arrogant, like I was getting in the way. The staff came across as cold and unwelcoming, and didn’t offer useful information about the hotel or the area. It was a disappointing stay, and not the kind of service I’d expect from a hospitality business.

The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. We ate on the shaded terrace out front, along a quiet road in the town centre, and found the food very pleasant. They had local wines too. It’s a 15 minute walk to the station, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The food was very good, generous portions, and nothing fancy, just made well. The hotel was also very nice and clean, and the staff were friendly.

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely hotel in a charming town. It was spotlessly clean, the staff were very friendly, and the food was good. We also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant.

The restaurant serves nice food and wine, and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms are big and clean, and the staff are very nice. We had a very nice stay at this lovely Hotel in Salgesch, a small town of Wallis.
