Really poor customer service. We waited a long time for equipment we had reserved and prepaid, then were told we were being charged a service fee despite having bought insurance against damage and theft. I argued about it but was made to pay anyway. The owner was also very rude. I’ve never been treated this badly at a ski or snowboard rental shop. It left a bad taste after an otherwise awesome week of snowboarding. I’d recommend another rental service. There should be better options in Samnaun.

The shop is small, which has its downsides: there’s very little choice, especially for snowboards. But the staff are really nice and friendly, you hardly ever have to wait, and they’re always helpful. The skis they do have are very good, top-shelf quality.

Right next to the ski lift that takes you all the way to the top of the resort, this is a great place to rent skis. The service is friendly, rentals are turned around quickly, and the equipment is good quality. Keep up the great hospitality!

We waited quite a while before being told there was no equipment left for us. It would have been good to know before we started waiting. Unfortunately, a bad experience.
