The wood-burning stove keeps the chalet pleasantly warm, and the terrace has a deck chair for taking in the mountain view. It’s a cozy, beautiful place with all the essentials, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and raclette grill. The road up is narrow and steep, but in summer it’s easy enough to drive.
