For an overnight stay it was simple but perfectly fine, very clean, and the room prices were very fair. What was outrageous was having to pay for the parking space that was supposed to be included. In my case it was about CHF 16 for almost 18 hours.

I booked a room with a jacuzzi, but we were given a plain room with no jacuzzi. The service was very bad, and no one would help when something needed sorting out. The data-entry keyboard didn't work properly, so I lost money and was really angry about the poor service. I don't recommend this hotel.

The room was too hot, the stairs were hard to climb, and now parking costs extra. Absolutely unacceptable.

Even the smallest problem comes up and there'll be nobody there to help.

The rooms are modern and clean, with all the comforts you need. Self check-in took a long time, and it was cold outside...
