The room was the main problem for us. After a 25k walk, we found the space for two so small that we were practically falling over each other just trying to move around, and there was barely room for our suitcases. The bathroom could hardly fit one person. Hotel Sonne is quaint, but could use some attention to its facilities. The staff were super friendly and attentive, and the restaurant looked great, with wonderful pizza. Breakfast was satisfying, too, and nicely laid out.

The dining room is lovely, with traditional wooden decorations, and the staff were very pleasant and friendly. Still, in my opinion, the room and food quality felt more like a two star hotel than a three star one.

The restaurant is very good, and the hotel is friendly and reasonably priced for the area. It’s in a lovely spot in the snow and works well for business stays nearby. I was there for work, though I’m sure it would be great for a holiday too.

The bathroom was a dingy little space, and breakfast was sad. There was no staff around, and the place felt completely soulless. I checked out before using all the days I’d paid for. Hotel Joy- and Loveless.
