The room was small, as is the hotel, but it was clean, thoughtfully decorated in a minimal style, and the space was used well. I slept comfortably. The location is fantastic, just steps from the train station in downtown Sierre. There’s a restaurant in the hotel and plenty of other places to eat within walking distance. I was only there for one night. My train was due late, and possible delays meant I might miss the stated check-in hours. The staff reassured me over email that they’d find a way for me to get in and reach my room whatever time I arrived. Luckily I got there while the restaurant was still open, and a staff member checked me in quickly. I have only good things to say about the hotel and its staff.

After a 100k bike ride, it was great to be able to shower before the three-hour trip to our next stop. We spent two days cycling in the region, and they had no problem with a baggage drop-off or a late checkout. Thumbs up for the service!

The restaurant meal was excellent, and breakfast was just as good, with quality local products. Caroline, Michel, and their team gave us such a warm welcome. Our room was clean, pleasant, and quiet. Thanks to everyone for a lovely stay. I look forward to coming back, and I highly recommend this hotel-restaurant.

The rooms were clean and really comfortable, each with a lovely name inspired by local trees. The hotel sits in an old part of town and was easy to reach. We were welcomed warmly, and the staff made a real effort to speak English when we checked in. We also had dinner there, and the food was delicious.

Right in the center of the village, the hotel is very well located. The room was clean and comfortable, and the price was perhaps a little high, but it was okay overall. Our room had been set up for a disabled person, though the toilet was too high for a person of normal height.
