The room was very basic. Our toilet had no seat or lid, and the bathroom had no ventilation. Staff were friendly and helpful, but only around during breakfast hours. Breakfast costs 13 CHF, and it only feels worth the price if you eat absolutely everything they serve.

We booked rooms for my colleagues and me from Sunday to Tuesday. Since the hotel is closed on Sundays, we used the entry code they gave us. One room was locked, and the other two had clearly been used and left uncleaned. The beds were unmade, the bathrooms had dirty towels, and there was rubbish in the rooms. When we called, the owners didn't answer.

The waitress was moody and horrible, and the service just assumed we wanted French fries with the meat without asking. The fries were brown and overcooked. The food was the worst, too: we paid 49 bucks for Chinese fondue with frozen meat. For that price I could buy the frozen meat myself and make a better meal at home. Eurk.
