Hotel Adler

The views are great, and breakfast is simple but good. I especially loved the croissants. The staff were all friendly, and the hotel is dog friendly too. The bed was comfortable, the showers worked well, and there are fans in the common area if your room gets too hot.

There’s a Coop and bakery quite close by, and the hotel has lots of parking, even spaces that fit our long 6 m van. The included breakfast had a good range of cold options. Sigriswil itself doesn’t have a ton to do, but it’s lovely for a walk around. A bus stop nearby has departures every half hour or so for Thun, about a half hour away, with connections to Interlaken. The village is quiet and picturesque, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is good. The rooms are a bit dated, as others have mentioned, but they’re very clean and pretty comfortable.

The beds are good, and the bedding is new and good quality. Rooms are very clean and the service is kind. Some rooms are quite nice with a bath, though the shower in others isn’t as good.

It’s a very quiet hotel, with a Coop just a two minute walk away. My room was very clean and breakfast was really good. The owner is very nice and cooperative, too. I forgot my phone in the room, and when they found it a couple of days later, they kept it safe until the owner brought it to me personally.
