The only nice thing was the view. Our arrival at the hotel was pleasant, but the first dinner went badly. They brought a different dish from the one we chose, and when I signed the bill at the table, I saw they’d charged us for it. We objected. Today at breakfast in the lounge, we left our coats at a table for four. When our plates arrived, they told us to move to a table for two and asked us to change tables four times. Other people were sitting at the table for four, even though there were only two of us. We didn’t like the service at all and ended up spending our Swiss holiday feeling uneasy. We won’t come back, and I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I really like the restaurant. The view is beautiful, the food is delicious, and although the portions aren’t big, the taste is very good. It’s a cozy, quiet place with good service, a small outdoor pool, and different kinds of saunas. The jacuzzi is the most beautiful spot, with an amazing view and sunsets.

The food came out hot and was so delicious. You can tell a lot of care and intention went into the menu. It’s not a big menu, but there’s something for everyone, including people like me who don’t eat meat. We stopped in for dinner, though staff said they don’t usually allow non hotel guests to dine. They let us stay on this occasion, and I’m so glad they did. I’d certainly come back to stay and try the spa facilities.
