Hotel Castel

Check-in was listed for 2pm, but it was actually at 2:30. Apart from that, everything was fantastic. The receptionist was extremely polite, the room was very nice, and it had a good view of the castle. There's a big supermarket nearby too.

I didn't spend much time at the hotel, but the rooms were adequately large. The bar stays open until 2300 when guests are there, and there's a separate room for people who don't want to go to bed. Just make sure you order enough drinks for your time there...

A good, classic hotel, nothing bad to say except that it was 30°C outside and just as hot indoors. There was no A/C. They do what they can to keep the room cool, but there's only so much they can do in that kind of heat.

I regret booking this place. The building felt shabby and unpleasant, with poor facilities and unfriendly, unprofessional staff. It's at the end of town beside a highway and main road, so it was very noisy, with motorcycles constantly going past at full throttle. There was no air conditioning and the room was stuffy, but opening the windows brought in too much road noise. The elevator was out during our stay, so we carried our luggage up to the fifth floor. When I asked the woman at reception for a city map and a little guidance, she told me, "take the map over there and open the middle part and look!" I hope you don't make the same mistake.
