The service was excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and cool. The location made things easy, with the shopping center and metro nearby, plus a Vapiano and a Migrolino downstairs. The only downsides were the lack of a mini-fridge and the elevator noise in the hallway, since our room was right next to it. I'd recommend the place and would come back.

The daily buffet is worth a mention, and the breakfast room staff were both professional and friendly. It's an excellent hotel in a convenient, easy-to-reach spot in Spreitenbach. I'd recommend it for a future visit or a business meeting in Spreitenbach or Switzerland. A.Sa

We didn't raise these problems with the hotel while we were there. We were short on time, especially on checkout day, and didn't want the possible hassle of changing rooms. The place worked for our needs, but it felt mediocre in several ways. The bed was comfortable, though it was really two single beds pushed together, and they separated too easily if you ended up in the gap. That made it uncomfortable and meant belongings could fall between them. We also had to make the bed ourselves, and housekeeping didn't come daily unless we asked. The room had an AC head unit, but it didn't work, and I couldn't find a vent, so I wondered whether there was any AC at all. Parking at 20 CHF a day felt ridiculous and adds up quickly. The hotel might be a good choice if the price were lower, but its rates already seemed outrageous before the parking charge.

We arrived yesterday with our family tour group after booking more than 11 rooms in advance, but there were no rooms for us. Maybe they double-booked, or perhaps they gave ours to another group. Mistakes happen, but the management handled it very poorly. They took no responsibility and showed no goodwill. They just said it was a mistake and told us to go to a nearby hotel. Really poor management.
