We were among several cyclists staying at this clean hostel for the Bodensee radmarathon, and it was great value for the area. We needed to leave at 6am, so staff opened up the coffee and drinks and left sandwiches for everyone at 5am. They were really helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely stay again for next year’s marathon.

The hostel itself was nice, but the landlord was pretty unpleasant. He showed us the middle finger and seemed annoyed about everything. Never again!

A great choice for families with kids or tour groups, with summer sports activities nearby too. It’s close to the historic old town of Stein am Rhein, and kids would love it.

The facilities were fine, and the hostel looks like it has been renovated recently. It’s easy to find, out on the edge of town.
