The ingredients on the pizza were good, but the dough could use more fermentation. The crust was very thin and the base too compact. The risotto wasn't creamy enough either, and I'd leave some Parmesan on the table for people to add. It's not a bad restaurant, but it didn't feel like a good Italian restaurant or an Italian speciality place. With a few changes, it could be very good.

I tried the pumpkin risotto and osso bucco with vegetables and bone marrow at the restaurant. Both were very good: the risotto had a perfect texture, and the osso bucco was tender and tasty. Highly recommended when you're in Thun.

This is about the restaurant. The pizzas were nice and well served, the view was okay, and the service was friendly.
