The views are unbeatable, and breakfast on our first morning was 10/10, with really good coffee. We had to leave early the next day, before breakfast was available, so the staff gave us fruit, granola bars, and juice for the trip. Customer service was great. It's the best small hotel I've stayed in, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to stay or eat in Interlaken.

The cafe downstairs was a big plus. It was great to walk down and have a delicious restaurant cafe right there. We stayed two nights at the Aarburg, and everyone was kind and accommodating. The room was great, the view was beautiful, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay in interlaken. We'd absolutely stay again.

The views from both the cafe and our room were unbeatable, and the location made a great travel hub, close to Interlaken West and Zentroplatz stations. Breakfast was incredible, and the staff were so kind and helpful. Truly one of our favorite hotels in Switzerland. We'd definitely stay again next time we're in Interlaken.

Being able to see and do so much on foot made the location a real plus. We spent two nights here, and the staff were courteous and helpful, with good suggestions for our visit. Breakfast came with the room and was delicious, and the coffee was great. There are two dining rooms.

We only stopped in for coffee and breakfast, so I can’t say anything about the rooms. The food and coffee were delicious, and my daughter still talks about the French toast. We found the cafe the day before we left, and I wish we’d discovered it earlier. The setting was beautiful, and an Australian staff member and possibly a Kiwi or Australian man were both really friendly and helpful.
