The views from the chalet were a highlight, with beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and town and La Rouge close enough to walk to. We came as a family group of 23, from an 82-year-old down to a five-month-old, for a reunion, and the staff handled everything we needed. Lauren and Naomi sorted out baby items, family photos, and different ski and snowboard lessons. Martin and Saga were always ready to help at the chalet or get us around quickly. We weren't sure whether No. 14 was a hotel or a house, but it felt like the best of both. The chalet was cozy and comfortable without feeling cramped. Linda and Miguel led food that was even better than we expected. It was a memorable trip for the whole family, and we're grateful to everyone who made it happen.

It was easy to feel at home at No. 14 Verbier. The mood is relaxed and personal, and everything felt effortless. The chalet's interior is stunning, with so much care put into the details, and the spa is beautiful too. Lauren, Naomi, and the rest of the team were available and helpful throughout our stay. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. 10/10 for everything!

We spent two days at No. 14 Verbier, enjoying the chalet and the slopes, and the team made the stay feel very personal. The food and drinks were superb, the accommodation was luxuriously appointed, and the spa was state of the art. Hospitality was warm throughout, with immaculate service. A truly exceptional experience in the Alps, from beginning to end. Thank you to the whole team.

The spa was a real treat, with a lovely sauna, a pleasant pool, and a very nice steam room. I was blown away by how beautiful the chalet's interior was. Breakfast and dinner were hard to describe, beautifully presented and even tastier than they looked. Huge compliments to the woman in the kitchen! From the first minute, the informal atmosphere made me feel at home. Lauren was helpful and easy to reach while we were booking, then welcomed us with her warm personality and did everything she could to meet our wishes. Luisa's service made us happy too. This was simply a fantastic stay. If I could give 10 stars, I'd give 12, and this definitely won't be my last visit!

After 35 years of skiing in different places, mostly in France, a friend invited me to Verbier and No. 14. It turned into one of my best ski holidays. The staff went out of their way to make the experience as good as possible, and the place felt pleasant and homey. The location is great too. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back.
