Hotel Pellas

We felt safe eating here with our children, who have celiac disease, and that meant a lot to us. The team knew the menu, ingredients, allergens, and cross-contamination risks inside out. They were open with us and helped us find healthy options they could honestly recommend. They also went a step further and started looking into additional safe choices for a future visit. From the manager to the staff, everyone took their responsibilities seriously and treated us with real care and kindness. We left grateful and confident, and are already hoping to return this weekend. Highly recommend, especially to families managing food allergies. 💛🍽️

A lovely experience in the middle of the Alps. It leans toward the luxury end, but even a single night felt worth it for some rest, fresh air, and good food. The service was excellent.

The terrace has a nice atmosphere, and the place sits right at the foot of the resort beside the ski lift. The staff were amazing, with a good takeaway range of hot and cold food and drinks, including coffee. There are toilets too. I haven't stayed at the hotel, but I liked the restaurant when it was open and would recommend it. Hope to see them fully operating again soon.

The staff were so friendly and flexible, and met every question or special request with a smile. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, modern, and stylish, at a reasonable price by Swiss standards. We also really liked the restaurant. The food was creative, with several vegetarian and vegan choices, and they added fruit and vegetables to our breakfast.
