The peacefulness of the room was a pleasant surprise. The promenade nearby was lively, but inside we had a perfectly quiet stay. By the lake, the location is a real asset. We stayed in the spacious, beautifully furnished Belle Époque Suite, with a very comfortable bed and details that felt carefully chosen. Breakfast brought to the room was excellent. Dinner at 3C was memorable, with sophisticated, beautifully presented food of a remarkably high standard. The dessert was creative and delicious, especially worth praising. The spa was stylish, serene, and superbly designed. Our massage with Eric was gentle and highly professional, and one of the highlights of the stay. Everything from booking through departure was handled with great care and professionalism. Joris was especially attentive and gracious during the reservation process, answering all my questions patiently and efficiently. The hotel is stunning and elegant, but still warm and welcoming, with a quiet kind of luxury. We booked the Hors du Temps package and were delighted with every part of it. A sincere thank you to the whole team. We’d return without hesitation.

Breakfast was excellent, and the service was top notch from beginning to end. The staff were so friendly and attentive. We had another outstanding stay at Hôtel des Trois Couronnes. That view over Lake Leman is mind blowing, especially from a balcony room. Pure perfection.

There were a few small signs of wear, but they didn’t take away from our stay. It’s a magnificent, grand hotel, and the staff were courteous and professional. I’d love to return someday.

My elderly parents stay here every year, and I’ve stayed several times myself. I visited them for dinner tonight during their 10 night stay. The terrace was smoky, and the food was overpriced and below par. Both the artichoke and filet de perche were tough. The doorman was unfriendly and unhelpful, telling me to park down the road and walk 5-10 minutes in the rain, instead of using one of the empty spaces.

The location is hard to beat, right by the promenade and a bus stop. In the morning I could hear birds singing from my room’s open terrace, with views of Lac Léman and the mountains. The belle epoch style room felt warm and full of its own history, a welcome change from modern hotel rooms that all look alike. I stay in 5 star hotels every week, and this was one of my best experiences. The staff were professional, helpful, and attentive. I felt real hospitality here. The restaurant serves healthy, delicious food and has a good wine collection.
