Neuro Campus Hotel

Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, with wonderful views, and the comfortable bed made for a restful night. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Youness Etienne and the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety and quality, and the hotel is close to the Vitznau boat station. We had a few frustrating issues during our stay. There was no iron in the room; one was brought up when we asked, but it had been taken away by the time we returned that evening. The fan wasn't working either. We reported it and were told it would be replaced, but it wasn't. The two women in charge at reception were very different. The taller, dark-haired lady was kind and helpful over the first two days. On the third day, the shorter, lighter-haired lady seemed bothered by our simple questions and requests, which was disappointing.

The pier and bus stop are only two minutes away, and the rooms were modern, clean, and spacious. The staff were pleasant, always smiling, and gave us lots of information. They also let us check out late. Highly recommend!

We had a good one-night stay. Check-in was through a kiosk, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice, with a cute bunk bed setup, though it was small and had just one chair. We enjoyed the delicious food and spectacular sunset views at the rooftop restaurant. There were lots of good options on the menu, and you order and pay online on your phone. Breakfast was included in our booking and had a nice selection of items.
