The rooms were spotless and the staff were friendly, polite, and gave us really useful advice. For a three-star hotel at this price, I thought it was a very good choice, especially with the great location and easy access. The room was a little small, and there was no fridge, but neither was a problem for us. We skipped breakfast, which costs 19 CHF per person. It suits someone who'll spend most of the day out and mainly needs a place to sleep. I found it clean and pleasant, and would recommend it. 🏨✨

We spent four days at B & B Hotel Wallisen celebrating a friend’s 60th birthday, and had such a lovely time. The reception team made the stay especially memorable. A big thank you to Nooky & Safira…👍🥰🩷

We got a great rate for three days over the Christmas holidays, and we'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Zurich. The staff were all kind and spoke excellent English. Samira stood out in particular, she was so charming and thoughtful. When we checked out, the receptionist asked for feedback. I mentioned that the bathroom sink tap was a bit stiff, and felt they'd actually take care of it.

The receptionist's smile and eagerness to help made everything feel like paradise, like all my problems had disappeared. The staff were so kind and helpful, beyond anything I expected. This is the loveliest place I've ever stayed, and I really appreciate the experience. I'll never forget it and hope to return as soon as I can, as often as I can. 🫶

The train stations are close by, and the staff were so kind and helpful. Diana was especially nice, helping me find my way and assisting me as someone new to the city. I had an awesome experience!
