The apartment was clean and good, and Noemí was very helpful with all the paperwork. She also speaks Spanish. It's in the city center, very close to the train station, with supermarkets nearby, and just 12 minutes from the airport.

The bed was really comfortable, and the location is close to both the train station and a supermarket. Everything was good.

We had confirmation on Booking.com that the apartment was available, but it wasn't. Instead, they offered another place at a different address that didn't suit our needs, blaming Booking.com for the mix-up. We agreed to the change anyway, then were told we'd have to pay CHF 380 in cleaning fees for six days. That's an absurd amount, and Booking.com hadn't listed the charge. We cancelled through Booking.com, and within two minutes the very same apartment Reloc AG had just called unavailable appeared as "ON BOOKING." Booking.com hadn't made a mistake!
