The view was lovely, but the rooms were small and the place was hard to find. I stayed one night and had no internet at all. Nobody told us it wasn't working.

Good food, friendly service, and very fair prices. Management was really engaged, and the location is perfectly placed for exploring the region.

I ended up spending the night in my car in freezing cold, with no apology or official letter afterward. I only got a refund, with no comment. I’d booked an overnight room through booking.com because the Gotthard Tunnel was closed and I urgently needed somewhere to stay. I reached the hotel around 1 a.m., exhausted, and found someone already in my room. The number they provided was practically useless: sometimes it rang without connecting, and other times I got a message saying the person couldn't be reached. For a reputable hotel, I would have expected an emergency number or someone on standby. This was deeply disappointing and felt very unprofessional. Tourism is one of Switzerland's most important sources of income, which makes this especially disgraceful. I can't recommend it.

There’s no elevator, but the place was comfortable and clean, and the terrace was really nice. We could park our motorbike nearby. It felt like an old hotel with some rooms rented out, and the decor was a bit dated. Right by the highway, there wasn’t much around, more of a place to pass through.
