The location is great and it was easy to find, with good parking. The shower was good, the bed comfortable, and the room was clean. But the drains smelled awful, so I had to open the windows. Access was awkward too: I had to phone to get all the codes before getting the key. The furnishings were limited, and the place is really basic, like one star accommodation. There’s no tea or coffee maker, just one pot and one pan, with limited mismatched cutlery. There’s no dining table or chairs, only a wooden stool and a bit of worktop, so you can’t really cook a meal and it isn’t self catering. The local supermarket had everything we needed, which was handy, because we were given only half a roll of toilet paper for a two night stay. With a bit of effort from the owner, the room could have been so much better. Would I stay again? Nope. Recommend it? Definitely no.

We came across this place while trying to avoid a traffic jam, and it turned out to be a great spot for lunch. A full course meal was 20CHF, the service was very attentive, and the kids’ meals were great.

For a single night while travelling, it’s fine. Still, 100 euros for two beds and a bathroom feels like too much to me.

There’s no service here, and there doesn’t need to be. I used it for an overnight stay before crossing the Alps. The parking and room were okay, and everything else was okay too. For what I needed, it was perfect.
