That summer terrace is such a lovely place to sit. It’s peaceful outside, and I never feel like getting up once I’m there. The train station is practically around the corner too, which makes a second glass of wine feel even more relaxing. This has been one of my favorite spots in Thurgau for years, and the quality keeps being top-notch. The Frei family and the whole team do a fantastic job. The food is excellent, the service is warm and attentive, and the atmosphere gets the mix of rustic charm and sophisticated inn just right. I’ll definitely be back.

I’m already looking forward to visiting again. The regional food was delicious, and the setting felt lovely, simple, and unobtrusive. We had a wonderful birthday dinner. The service was really attentive, and it seemed like the staff were either well trained or genuinely passionate about their work. Thank you for such a nice evening.
