Hotel Toggenburg

The hotel may look nice from the outside, but management’s attitude overshadowed the whole stay. They were incredibly rude, arrogant, and not helpful at all. Even small questions or requests seemed to annoy them. I was met with a condescending manner instead of professional, accommodating service, and as a guest I didn’t feel welcome, more like a burden. Customer service was nonexistent. If respectful, friendly service matters to you, avoid this hotel.

The village of Wildhaus is small and beautiful, and the hotel is right in its heart. The accommodation was clean and pleasant, and prices were really good for Switzerland. There’s a good variety of quality food at the restaurants, and the staff are kind and attentive. During our stay, Tomas, one of the waiters, gave us brilliant suggestions for places to see and visit. I can’t think of anything bad to say about the place.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the view was great whichever way your room faced. It’s a very cozy hotel, with a good restaurant and a really nice breakfast selection. I’d strongly recommend staying here. It is a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for and more.

A good place to stay. The rooms are clean enough, and the staff are friendly and well trained. The pizza was delicious, too.
