The views from the balcony and lounge are what make Chalet Sonnegg such a fantastic place to stay, with Zermatt and the Matterhorn right there. Mirjam was quick to answer our questions and very helpful throughout. The property has enough room for two families, so we never felt crowded. We had a lovely family holiday here and really enjoyed our visit to Zermatt.

The Matterhorn views are fantastic, though the short uphill walk past the Beau Site hotel is very steep, still manageable. The apartment was clean and beautifully stocked with what you need, including children's toys, plenty of toiletries, toilet roll, and towels. There's also a coin operated laundry room downstairs, but bring your own detergent.

We were drawn in by the picture window view of The Matterhorn, and seeing it in person was just as good. Chalet Sonnegg is spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, with shops, restaurants, and the railway station close by. Mirjam made the easy booking process even smoother with regular, helpful communication. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chalet Sonneg. It's a beautiful place to stay in Zermatt!

The Julens made our group of eight feel welcome from the start. They answered our questions before the trip and even left a bottle of wine and a packet of biscuits for us when we arrived. The apartment was spotless, with good bedroom and bathroom facilities and plenty of room for everyone. We especially liked the open plan kitchen, dining, and sitting/TV areas, which made it easy to relax together. The facilities were excellent and the location very convenient. I'd gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting a home away from home in Zermatt.

With four comfortable bedrooms and a large terrace and living area for everyone to gather, this was a lovely stay for our family group of seven. The chalet was clean, quiet, spacious, and near the town center. The Matterhorn views from the living area and one bedroom were spectacular. I'd highly recommend it for a visit to Zermatt.
