We picked this hotel for my husband’s birthday because I wanted a Matterhorn view, and it was wonderful. They replied quickly to my Booking.com messages and arranged a station pickup for our luggage. When we got to the room, they’d left my husband a sweet treat. The view was the best, and the modern, clean room was functional; we also enjoyed the tub. My daughter loved the pool and kept asking to go again even after checkout. Breakfast was delicious, especially the scrambled eggs, well-cooked sausages and bacon, soft croissants, and just-sweet-enough jams. They also took us to the airport at checkout. We’d love to return someday.

The owner is around every day, checking in with guests, and that gives the hotel a homey feeling. The staff were attentive and very polite, and the whole place was extremely clean. We stayed for five days, my husband and I, and I fell in love with it. The location is ideal, near restaurants, main roads, mountain transport, and the train station, with a lovely mountain view too. The spa is very good, though I wish the pool were warmer in winter. Still, it was okay, haha. I want to come back soon.

Breakfast had a good variety, and the spa worked well for us. The facility is well maintained, very clean throughout, and both the service and reception staff were excellent. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Zermatt.

We loved the room and the SPA & Wellness area, and it was only a short distance to the ski lift, shops, and restaurants. The hot chocolate was the best ever. We’ll be back! 💖

My balcony looked out at an amazing Matterhorn view, and the hotel was spotless. The staff were all wonderful too. I had a great three-night stay.
