The owners are kind and really helpful, and the location is top notch. We stayed in Studio Süd, with a perfect view of the Matterhorn. We’ll definitely visit Jolimont again.

The two-bedroom apartment is beautifully furnished, with nice bedding and superb views of Matterhorn. It offers plenty of space, but it can get hot inside. There’s no AC or even a fan to help with the heat. Management should also provide some basic supplies, as other ABNB apartments do, and improve the garbage and recycling options.

We arrived just after midnight because of train delays in Italy, so it was dark when we got here. Waking up to such a beautiful day and a stunning view was a great surprise. The place is clean, gorgeous, and comfortable, and the staff are amazing. We also found out there’s a coin-operated laundry on the lower floor, which was the cherry on top after our trip. Thank you so much, Jolimont Apartments.

The owner accused us of losing keys that we say were never given to us. She said she always provides two sets, but we only received one, then insisted we had lost the other and had to pay. By then the apartment had already been cleaned, so we couldn’t look for the keys there. We had a train to catch and didn’t want to argue, so we paid for keys we believe were falsely claimed as lost. The owner was very rude and pushy. Avoid this place.

Karin and Brigitte were incredible hosts, always ready to help with anything, even things unrelated to the room. The apartment had everything we could need and more, and the view was amazing. It’s peaceful, close to the village center, with all sorts of shops nearby, including a minimarket. Perfection is hard to reach, but our apartment in Zermatt came pretty close.
