Matterhornblick, Hotel

Breakfast was basic but fresh and healthy, with smiling staff around. The location is really good, and the staff were so helpful. The rooms are small but neatly done; I had a little attic room, while the double rooms seem better placed. The reception interiors are beautiful and make the place feel warm and welcoming. It's a genuine, clean hotel, and I'd love to stay again if I return. I recommend it. Thanks to Matterhornblick. God bless you.

The apartment gave our family plenty of space, and having a kitchen let us make meals at home and save money. Breakfast was included in the rate and was fresh and delicious. We also loved how close the hotel was to the bus for the ski lifts. The spa was the highlight, with a sauna, steam room, whirlpool and wonderful rain-shower heads. The staff were friendly, and we liked everything about the hotel.

Tim, the son, and his girlfriend, Sigrid, welcomed us and showed us around, then helped with activities in the region. They were so helpful, and when we met them with other guests they spoke several languages. The wellness area is fantastic, with a sauna, steam bath, special experience shower and whirlpool, plus a well-equipped fitness center. It's a beautiful hotel in the center of Zermatt, with a lovely entrance and a very friendly reception, in a beautiful region.

The room was so unusual and comfortable, a minimalist wooden space with a skylight and a bit of matterhorn visible in the background. The location couldn't be better, and the service was efficient and friendly. It's probably a solid three-star hotel, but the experience felt five-star. I could have happily stayed a whole week.
