Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of high-quality choices to start each day. The spa was beautifully designed and a great place to relax after time in the mountains, and the amenities overall were outstanding and well maintained. From arrival, the staff were friendly, informative, and genuinely helpful, making the stay feel easy and welcoming. Schloss Spa & Hotel in Zermatt delivered on comfort, service, and location. I’d absolutely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Zermatt.

I only stayed one night on my way to Zurich and wish I could have stayed longer. The service and hotel were excellent. I travel a lot and always work out at the hotel gym. If a gym matters to you, this is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever come across. A fantastic hotel if you’re staying in Zermatt.

The rooms are spacious, the breakfast was great, and reception staff were super helpful. Several good restaurant options for Italian, Swiss, and Indian food are only a short walk away.

The staff were very kind and accommodating, and room service from a cute Italian place down the way was great. Daily tea time with desserts was a lovely extra alongside breakfast. It’s steps from the train station and has an incredible spa and amenities.

We don’t stay at the Schloss, but we’ve been using the gym almost every day all season and absolutely love it. The facilities are great, always clean, and welcoming. Alex deserves a special mention for being so nice, friendly, and helpful. We really look forward to working out here and can highly recommend the gym to anyone in Zermatt looking for a great place to train.
