There’s a lovely terrace where you can relax, and many of the rooms have spectacular mountain views. The hotel sits right in the heart of Zernez and seems designed with real respect for the surrounding nature. The interior uses lots of natural wood, and our room was spacious, spotless, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and breakfast was varied and absolutely delicious. A wonderful place to stay. Warm greetings from North Macedonia 🌿

We were travelling through and booked at the last minute, but this turned out to be a perfect stop. The room was super clean, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and kind. We arrived late and ate at the hotel, the meals were lovely and very reasonably priced for Switzerland. Breakfast the next morning was fresh and delicious, and the staff were attentive then too. We’ll be back.

I wasn’t staying overnight, but the hotel manager went out of his way to help when my car broke down nearby. He was kind and professional, and it left a great impression. If they treat someone who isn’t a guest this well, I can only imagine how they look after their guests. That says a lot about the hotel’s service.

We had a meal on the restaurant terrace, and the staff were attentive and very friendly. The food was fine and reasonably priced for Switzerland. I haven’t stayed at the hotel, but everything looked clean and tidy. Of the places I know in this area, it’s perhaps one of the better options for a drink or a meal. I recommend it.

Good breakfast choices, nice rooms and people, and a quiet place.
