The location is good and both beds were comfortable, but I wouldn't recommend staying here or return myself. The online photos don't match what I found, and the rooms were very different from what was shown. In room 1109, the only light switch was by the entrance, and its weak bulb left the room gloomy. There was no light or outlet by the bed. The furniture was worn, the toilet seat shifted when I sat down, the shower dripped constantly, and its rod wasn't fixed to the wall. Each toilet flush also set off a strange, loud pump noise. I had first been in room 1106. After showering, I found the drain clogged, and when I flushed the toilet, water came up through that shower drain. I complained and was moved straight away to the larger room, 1109. I stayed from 6-8 October 2025. Sorry Anstatt team, but the place needs some maintenance.

The room was clean, with a really comfortable bed and a useful little kitchen. I'm old-fashioned about things being online only, though, and my phone unexpectedly stopped working. Fortunately, another man there was having the same problem and managed to call someone for help.

I found this best suited to a work trip. I probably wouldn't choose it for a vacation or with kids, but for business it was just right. The location is under 1 km from Zug station, with good bus connections and many offices nearby. The virtual keys worked without any problems, and my stay was easy and stress-free. I was able to get an early check-in for a nominal charge. I stayed in a superior room, where everything was well organized and clean, including the kitchen and utensils. There wasn't a hair dryer, which surprised me, but I asked on WhatsApp and room service brought one within an hour.

The rooms were awful, tiny, with soiled sheets and sticky comforters. We could hear loud snoring through the paper-thin walls, and there were no fans. They provide no soap or shampoo, and there's no personnel we could reach. You're on your own, checking in on your phone.

For the price, it was good value, especially since other nearby hotels cost much more. The location is central, WiFi is fast, and parking was available. The toilet was clean, though sometimes there was a stinky smell, which I think may have something to do with the building's age. The furniture is basic and only moderate quality, so handle it carefully. There was no service team on site, and WhatsApp replies took a while, but communication was okay and everything worked out in the end.
