Ema House Sup. Standard Seefeld - Inh 24466

The spacious, comfortable rooms and fully equipped kitchen made this a great alternative to a hotel. The living and dining areas easily fit six people, and cleaning was provided every two days. The location is excellent: five minutes on foot to the lakeside promenade and a small supermarket, about ten minutes to the opera house, and eight minutes to a full-size supermarket.

We loved our nine-night stay at EMA House Serviced Apartments Superior Seefeld. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the staff were very nice throughout, and getting to the city centre was easy. Highly recommend!

The noise was unbearable, both from the street and inside the building. Two apartments had loud parties, and there was some kind of music festival outside that nobody had mentioned. With temperatures above 30°, the lack of air conditioning made things worse. Staff suggested opening the windows, which didn’t help. I’ve stayed here many times, but this visit was very disappointing.

Having cooking facilities was especially useful for us, since we live in Australia and aren’t used to Zurich restaurant prices. The apartment was well equipped and in a pleasant, handy spot, about a five-minute walk from a tram stop or Coop supermarket. We also got a warm, informative welcome soon after arriving.
