The tram stop is right outside, so getting around is easy. The room was fairly clean, but the heater wasn’t working at all in the middle of winter, which was really awful. There was also a strong weed smell in the room that made it uncomfortable.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked two rooms, but they overlooked the booking and gave me only one. When I asked for a refund for the missing room, they sent me the self check-in code for another room. I had already paid for a room at another hotel, and this left me and my family having to stay far apart. I emailed again to ask for a refund, but they never replied and acted like nothing had happened.

The room is clean and has the necessary equipment, including a mini kitchen in a studio-style setup. It’s well located for public transport. There’s no reception or room service, though, and without needing AC, it seems a good choice for spring, early summer, or autumn. You pay what you get.

The location is good, with public transport right outside the building. But the whole stay was a terrible experience, and I’ve never encountered accommodation this disorganized while traveling, not even in Africa. Check-in took several hours and ran until 11pm because there was only one set of keys for the two rooms we booked. One room even had a general KABA 8 key that anyone could use to open it. The rooms were dirty and in bad condition, and it’s rude to charge money for them. A downstairs tenant used cannabis every evening, leaving a constant noise and smell that disturbed us. The owner couldn’t do anything about it. I’d never stay there again or recommend it. It’s a rip off and a sad example of cheap, sluggish business practice.
