Zurich Marriott Hotel

We came from Australia and stayed at the Marriott for 5 days. The location impressed me right away, with the station nearby and plenty of bus tours. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful, including when they helped us book the chocolate Lindt factory tour and with other general enquiries. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we were always greeted with a smile and a chat. The rooms were spotless. Even my kids wondered how the staff cleaned them so quickly, since we never saw them. It felt like a home away from home for my family, and we'd highly recommend the hotel.

We had a clean, comfortable room that was relaxing to return to after a day out. Breakfast was fresh and good, and the staff there were welcoming too. The hotel's location made things easy: we walked to the lake, old town, shops, and several good restaurants, so it never felt isolated. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, not just politely going through the motions. Our stay felt smooth, without stress or issues, and made the trip better. I'd book here again next time we're in Zurich.

A solid Marriott in a good spot near public transit. The front desk was friendly, and the lounge staff were especially hospitable. The lounge hours are great, particularly for happy hour, and breakfast was very nice. It would be helpful if they included a public transit pass, like the Basel Marrriot.

The people made my repeated visits to the Marriott Zurich memorable. Mr. Stefan at the breakfast restaurant went out of his way to make each morning a good start, and Aurelia at the hotel bar was consistently attentive and warm. They both showed the kind of professional, guest-focused hospitality I appreciate. Top-notch A+++! The hotel has a prime location, an elegant feel, and excellent service. Under hotel manager Mr. Daniel Lehmann, it clearly runs with care and precision. Congratulations, Mr. Lehmann, on maintaining such a fantastic place. I've visited several times and will undoubtedly return again and again, knowing I can count on comfort and great service. Thanks to the whole team for making each stay memorable.
