We stayed as two families and were very pleased with every part of the visit. Ms. Duygu deserves special thanks for her kindness, hospitality, and attentiveness throughout our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the location was perfect, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A special thank you to Duygu at the front desk. Her warm smile made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived, and she went beyond what we expected. Whenever we asked for something, she responded quickly and with care. We spent four days at Hotel Franziskaner by CENTRA in Zurich, and it was amazing. The hotel is beautiful and intimate, with a lovely, warm atmosphere. Service was welcoming from the start, everything was clean, and the location was perfect. Highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back!

The room ran warmer than I wanted, even with the Dyson air purifier running and the window open in cool summer weather. Also, be ready for some old-hotel quirks in the middle of Old Town Zurich. You’ll want a reasonable level of fitness, and take care getting in and out of the deep, tall bathtub since there are no handholds. That said, everything was immaculately clean, and the linens were great. I loved the mini kitchen and the high-quality Nespresso and tea. Cafe Henrici is just steps away for excellent coffee.
