Friendly Hostel Zurich

I felt at ease from the moment I arrived at Friendly Hostel Zürich. It was quiet and welcoming, and the manager was especially kind, patient, and professional. She really goes out of her way to help guests. The rooms and shared spaces were spotless, organized, and thoughtfully laid out. Useful things were easy to find, including kitchen facilities, practical amenities, and helpful information. I’d be happy to stay here again and highly recommend Friendly Hostel Zürich to anyone visiting Zürich.

The terrace was a highlight for me, and I spent time there every day. The hostel was clean, had what I needed, and the price seemed reasonable for the city. Staff were kind and helpful, patiently answering my questions with a smile. I’d stay here again on another trip to Zurich and recommend it to others.

The location is good, but there was no internet, the check-in and check-out rules felt too restrictive, and they wouldn’t store luggage despite having plenty of space. I’d look at other hostels in Zurich.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the beds were comfortable. Rooms have air conditioning for warmer weather. I wasn’t sure what to expect from this hostel, but I ended up having a great stay. It’s right in central Zurich, close to the tourist spots, and I’d love to come back.
